Marc's 16 week transformation

I worked with Marc prior to lockdown and during. He came to me wanting to impress his new girlfriend and be more confident in himself, despite hating the gym or anything exercise-related.

 

I set him personal daily goals and wrote him a tailored training program that was varied enough for him not to get bored and with my help and support he totally smashed it! In 16 weeks he went from 112kg to 89kg.

All your workouts are in one, easy to access section, no more hunting around on social media to find what you need. Don’t worry if you aren't sure about how to complete a certain exercise as these will include video tutorials.

MY STORY

As a lover of sport and an ex-professional dancer, a passion for fitness was instilled in me from an early age. I always knew that my calling in life would be to help others feel great about themselves, and that has been the main motivator in my journey.

 

For the past 5 years, I’ve helped busy working mums and women in their 30s and 40s achieve their goals – whether it be to lose stubborn weight or tone up.

 

Having been in the fitness industry for over 12 years, I’ve worked towards (and achieved!) several of my own personal goals – so I understand the dedication and commitment needed to persevere. My proudest achievement thus far was crossing the finish line of my first ever Royal Parks Half Marathon.

 

As a Coach, my mission has always been to not only educate people on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, but to also assist them on a journey that is going to change their life forever, and for the better!
